Blue Tide Foundation’s mission is to help disadvantaged,  underprivileged children, teens and adults both here in the U.S. and  abroad improve their lives by providing and enhancing their educational opportunities. Through improved education, these individuals will learn and develop new skills, so that they can become more self-reliant.

Headquartered in Newport Beach, California, Blue Tide’s long-term goal is to create satellite offices in various U.S. cities and other countries. The foundation supports projects that create opportunities for poor, low-income families to further the education of their children. These projects will serve a sizeable population and be managed by local citizens, thus creating employment opportunities at the local level.

Depending on the needs of the population served, Blue Tide will either adopt programs that operate within existing educational systems (see: Family Learning Center), or will help develop or expand programs that enable local children to attend schools that fulfill basic needs such as sufficient school supplies, clean classrooms, and more (see: Riverkids Project).
